I understand the importance of knowing what you are buying and will inspect every home as if I am buying it myself. I offer radon testing and sewer scopes as well, with a great discount for combining all three. Call me for a professional, thorough, ethical home inspection.

I have been in the building/construction industry all my working life. I truly enjoy visually inspecting how houses are built and the different products used over the years. I am a Board Member of the Oregon chapter of ASHI, Oregon Association of Home Inspectors. The members of this group are some of the best home inspectors in the Portland area. I meet with other inspectors every month for continuing education classes and to discuss local issues. HOME INSPECTIONS

All home inspections follow the Oregon Standards of practice set forth by the Oregon CCB to insure a complete and thorough inspection. These standards are available at the CCB website and come as an attachment with every inspection I conduct.

Pricing

Prices for home inspections depend on the size and age of the home. A typical single family home up to 1000 sq. ft. and built in the last 25 years is $450. Condos, town homes and smaller houses can be as low as $275.00. Call for details.

RADON TESTING

The short term radon testing consists of setting up a continuous radon monitor inside the house for 48-72 hours. The results will be available to print out on site.

Pricing

The price for radon testing is $150.00 if done with sewer scope and inspection, $175.00 if done only with inspection, and $200.00 if done alone.

SEWER SCOPE

Sewer scopes are performed with new equipment, in color, with self-leveling camera heads and audio recording. I do not do repairs on sewer lines of any kind. You will get an honest evaluation of your sewer line with no conflict of interest or pushy bids for repair.

The price for sewer scope is $150.00 if done with radon testing and inspection, $175.00 if done only with inspection, and $200.00 if done alone.

Aaron is an especially proficient inspector. He is thorough and detailed and takes his time to educate you about your home in a more detailed way than I have experienced with other inspectors. I have every confidence that nothing was missed on my home and that I have the knowledge to remedy any concerns.
